Recent changes at Bambach: 

Late last year ownership of the worldwide rights to the Bambach Saddle Seats changed, with the European division becoming part of a global organization, including North America and Australia. As part of these changes, the UK distribution has been taken on by Fortuna Group and within this a new division, Bambach UK, has been set up to handle sales of Bambach Saddle Seats . At the same time, manufacturing of the Saddle Seats moved to a new factory in Germany. We’ve been able to carry over the existing web site, e-mail and phone numbers so hopefully contacting us won’t be a problem. We’ve also been lucky enough to be able to take on Warren Crewe, who has been the national product specialist for Bambach many years and knows everything there is to know about the seats! Whilst there have been some teething problems in the first few months, we have worked hard to get things right and we’re now confident that most seats will be delivered within a  week and the remainder will arrive within a month of your order.

Our aim is to maintain the tradition of excellent service and quality whilst bringing in some exciting new changes. For instance we can now draw on resources from across the world, an example of which is the excellent new video produced in Australia Play  

We’re also planning to improve our social media presence with new Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. Although the web site is already very informative we’re aiming to start a regular blog to keep you updated on what’s happening. We’ll also be making a series of short ‘How To’ videos to help with some of the practical questions which might arise. Bambach UK itself is part of the Fortuna Group and you can now come and see the seats yourself at our showroom in Enfield, North London (with easy access from both the M25 and North Circular and FREE PARKING). We also have excellent training facilities on site and plan to set up regular training sessions for users and prescribers.

Finally, we’ll be introducing new, related products; but that will be for another time.
